If I’ve learned one thing about Minnesotans, it’s that they like to talk about the weather. Now, I still hold on tight to my Southern roots, BUT I’m going to have to talk a little about the weather right now, lol! The last two years, Fall in MN has been dark and wet and rainy. Until last year, I’d never had to reschedule mini sessions, and had only a handful of weather reschedules. Ever! This year was the absolute worst. The worst. It was so dark and so gloomy, and for the first time, I used up alllll of my bad-weather days! This was really tough on all photographers in the area. It was really, really tough on me since sunlight-filled images are my favorite! But, thankfully, there were a few gloriously sunny evenings. And, this adorable crew got one of them!

It a been over a year since I saw this blue-eyed firecracker. Last time she was quiet and sweetly snuggled close to mom and dad during our session. It was precious. This year, she brought the spunk and sass, and I loved every minute of it!
